We offer a total student satisfaction guarantee on all our courses and support.
Your course purchase includes access to our online course materials, support staff,
online instructors, and instructor-led chats.Our total student satisfaction guarantee is just that, if you are not satisfied with either the course materials you have purchased or any of our support options for any reason, contact us and we will do everything we can to satisfy you. If we are still unable to resolve the problem to your satisfaction, then we will refund your purchase amount. Requests for refund must be made within 30 calendar days of purchase. Refunds are not available after 30 calendar days of your purchase date regardless if whether you have completed the courses or not. Refunds are not available for exam purchases. |
